Kitchen Remodel: Part 4 — Cabinet Carcass
I made the cabinet carcass from maple veneer plywood. I made the bottom pieces first to make sure they fit in the kitchen. The bottoms that are under the sections with drawers are frames to give me access to the base under the cabinets. I attached the pieces of the cabinets with glue, finish nails, and screws. The bottoms and sides are 3/4 inch plywood and the backs are 1/2 plywood.

Frank. Tell me more about your tandem tablesaws, or maybe you already have a vid about the setup? And why they are in tandem?

Thanks for sharing!
Why do you use your table saw for cross-cutting long thin stock to length? Wouldn't it be easier to use the radial arms you have?
Frank, where do you get the prefinished maple plywood?

When using your mitre saw you should be pushing the blade away from you as it cuts, instead of pulling it towards you, should you not?
Very nice work Frank. What are the pieces of wood just after your cutting blade for? First time I se that.
